Steam will add Chapter 5 to your library automatically. Hit Install, wait for the download, then launch Poppy Playtime — Chapter 5 will be selectable from the main menu.
Chapter 5 continues directly from Chapter 4's cliffhanger. Playing in order gives the full story context and makes Chapter 5 significantly scarier.
